創新領導與學生福祉

在瞬息萬變的環境中，教育領導不僅關係到政策、課程及教學的執行成效，更關鍵的是有效回應學生的真實需求，營造支持其全面發展的學習場域。是故，教育領導者如何以創新領導方式引領變革，聚焦增進學生福祉為目的，值得教育界共同深思與探究。
