| 中文摘要 | 傳統上,校長創新領導的研究多聚焦於學校改進、科技整合與變革管理等層面,探討其對學校整體運作的影響,但鮮少聚焦其與學生福祉的關聯性;然而,學生為教育主體,校長創新領導對於學生福祉之影響,實為重要探究議題之一。因此,本文除說明校長創新領導與學生福祉的意涵外,並分析兩者之關係及建構兩者關係之理論框架,最後提出校長運用創新領導增進學生福祉的五大實踐策略,包括:一、營造支持性的學校環境及文化,增進學生幸福感受。二、發展親師及社區協作機制,合力支持學生心理健康。三、理解學生文化背景,建立尊重多元的校園情境。四、激發教師教學創新,營造利於學生福祉氛圍。五、強化跨領域合作與整合資源,支持學生福祉。 |
| 英文摘要 | Traditionally, research on principals’ innovative leadership has largely focused on areas such as school improvement, technology integration, and change management, with an emphasis on their impact on the overall functioning of schools. However, limited attention has been given to its relationship with student well-being. Given that students are at the heart of education, investigating the influence of principals’ innovative leadership on student well-being represents a critical and underexplored area of inquiry. In addition to elucidating the concepts of principals’ innovative leadership and student well-being, this paper examines the relationship between the two and proposes a theoretical framework to articulate their interconnection. Based on this framework, five key practical strategies are advanced to guide principals in promoting student well-being through innovative leadership: (1) fostering a supportive school environment and culture to enhance students’ sense of well-being; (2) establishing collaborative mechanisms among parents, teachers, and the broader community to jointly support students’ mental health; (3) acknowledging students’ cultural backgrounds and cultivating a respectful and inclusive campus climate; (4) encouraging instructional innovation among teachers to create learning environments conducive to student well-being; and (5) strengthening cross-sector collaboration and integrating diverse resources to holistically support students’ well-being. |
