| 中文摘要 | 為因應教育環境的多樣性與不斷變遷,開展教師領導潛能更顯格外重要。本研究以臺灣南部地區中小學教師915人為問卷調查研究對象,調查問卷是由研究者所建構,共計四個層面、31個指標,所得資料採重要性—表現度分析(Importance-Performance Analysis, IPA)方法處理。重要研究結果有:一、中小學教師領導潛能整體或各層面間之「重要性」達高度水準,並以「管理素養」最具重要性;各層面間之「表現度」達中高水準,並以「驅動力」表現度最佳。二、繼續保持區所凸顯之教師管理素養優勢概念,以作為教師領導潛能激發與提升的基礎。三、過度努力區反映教師於內在驅動與適應能力上的高表現與低重視落差。四、次要改善區顯示,教師在挑戰回應與動機展現上之關注與表現均待提升。五、部分指標緊密相連二個象限間,宜依學校運作之需要,適度調整資源分布或管理模式。最後根據研究結果,分別對教師、學校及教育主管機關提出建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | In response to the diversity and constant changes in the educational environment, it is particularly important to develop teachers’ leadership potential. This study surveyed 915 elementary and secondary school teachers in southern Taiwan using a questionnaire constructed by the researchers. The questionnaire was consisted of four dimensions and 31 indicators. Then, the collected data were analyzed using the importance-performance analysis (IPA) method. The key finding of the study are as follows: 1. The overall “importance” of elementary and secondary school teachers’ leadership potential, as well as its individual dimensions, reached a high level, with “Management Literacy” being the most important. The “performance” of each dimension reached a medium-to-high level, with “Drive”| showing the best performance. 2. The advantage concept of teacher management literacy highlighted in the “Keep Up the Good Work” quadrant can serve as a basis for inspiring and enhancing teacher leadership potential. 3. The “Possibly Overkill” quadrant reflects a significant gap between high performance and low perceived importance for teachers in their inner drive and adaptive capabilities. 4. The “Low Priority” quadrant show that teachers’ attention and performance in responding to challenges and demonstrating motivation both need to be improved. 5.Some indicators are closely situated between two quadrants, indicating the need for schools to strategically adjust resource allocation or management models in accordance with their operational demands. Finally, specific recommendations are proposed for teachers, schools, and educational authorities. |
