| 中文摘要 | 處在快速發展與變遷的AI時代中,為因應生成式AI所帶來的趨勢與轉變,學校領導者在學校教育之經營理念與實務上均應有所調整,包含如何將AI融入自己的領導實務中、善用生成式AI在學校教育的應用、掌握並評估生成式AI所可能產生的助益與效益、培訓學校教職員團隊的AI素養、定期檢討改進AI在學校教育應用的情形,因此,AI驅動領導的理念與應用開始受到重視。本文首先說明AI驅動領導的意義與特質,分析AI應用在學校經營所產生的機會及挑戰,進而綜合探討並提出應用AI驅動領導以提升學校經營效能的實踐策略,包括:一、積極導入AI工具,鼓勵教師探究與應用;二、提供適切的培訓與學習機會,提升親師生AI素養;三、聚焦成功經驗案例,強化觀摩學習機會;四、促進教師專業對話,培養省思與批判思維;五、建立良好應用條件,落實AI倫理原則。 |
| 英文摘要 | In an age marked by the rapid advancement and transformation brought by artificial intelligence (AI), particularly generative AI, school management approaches must evolve accordingly. School leaders are expected to adapt both conceptually and practically to these changes. This involves integrating AI into leadership practices, leveraging generative AI for educational applications, assessing its potential benefits and impacts, enhancing the AI literacy of school staff, and regularly reviewing and improving the use of AI in school settings. As a result, the concept and practice of AI-driven leadership have gained increasing attention. This paper first explores the meaning and attributes of AI-driven leadership, analyzes the opportunities and challenges that AI presents for school management, and then proposes practical strategies for enhancing school effectiveness through AI-driven leadership. These strategies include: (1) actively introducing AI tools and encouraging teacher exploration; (2) providing appropriate professional development to enhance AI literacy among teachers, parents, and students; (3) spotlighting on success to strengthen opportunities for collaborative learning; (4) promoting professional dialogue among teachers to cultivate reflective and critical thinking; and (5) setting right conditions that also address ethical considerations of AI. |
