中文摘要 | 學校教育是培育創造力人才的搖籃,教師的教學行為與學生的學習行為息息相關,而這也凸顯教師創造力教學在各級教育的重要性。然有關創造力教學的相關研究卻顯少從縱貫性的發展著手,因此,探討臺灣國小教師創造力教學成長趨勢及影響因素的重要性不言而喻。本研究以多變量潛在成長曲線模式探討國小教師復原力發展對創造力教學發展的影響,採用問卷調查進行縱貫性研究,研究資料來源為374位國小自然科教師,利用2年時間共進行四波調查。在多變量潛在成長曲線模式的分析結果顯示,國小教師的復原力與創造力教學都是呈現先增加、後減少,最後再增加的雙峰成長趨勢,並不是受到第一次測量結果的影響。復原力的初始狀態對創造力教學的初始狀態及成長速率有顯著正向的影響效果,且復原力的成長速率愈快,則其創造力教學成長速率也會愈陡峭。由此可知,本研究的結論可得以下幾點:一、國小教師復原力與創造力教學呈現類似的潛在成長變化;二、復原力的初始狀態及成長速率對於創造力教學起始狀態與成長速率具有影響。本研究依據上述結果分別針對教育實務及未來研究給予建議。 |
英文摘要 | School education is the cradle to cultivate talents of creativity, where teachers’ teaching behaviors are closely related to students’ learning behaviors. It highlights the importance of teachers’ instruction in creativity in various levels of education. Nevertheless, research on instruction in creativity is seldom done from the longitudinal development. The importance of the growth of elementary school teachers’ instruction in creativity and the factors is therefore self-evident. Applying Multivariate Latent Growth Model, this study intends to discuss the effects of elementary school teachers’ resilience development on the development of instruction in creativity with longitudinal studies. With questionnaire survey, 374 natural science teachers in elementary schools are proceeded four-wave investigation in two years. The Multivariate Latent Growth Model analysis reveals bimodal growth trend that elementary school teachers’ resilience and instruction in creativity are first enhanced, then reduced, and finally enhanced; such results are not affected by the first measurement. The initial state of resilience shows significantly positive effects on the initial state and growth rate of instruction in creativity. Moreover, the faster growth rate of resilience causes the steeper growth rate of instruction in creativity. Apparently, the research findings are concluded as below: 1. Elementary school pupils’ resilience and instruction in creativity reveal similar latent growth changes. 2. The initial state and growth rate of resilience present effects on the initial state and growth rate of instruction in creativity. Suggestions for educational practice and future research are proposed according to above results. |
