英文摘要 | In order to promote school’s educational quality and competence advantage, developing characteristic school certification has become one of strategies in educational governance. While various characteristic school certifications have conducted today, it’s important to understand their mechanism and quality. The study focused on the quality assessment of characteristic school certifications for elementary schools. The mechanisms of certifications in Taiwan and theoretic base of quality assessment for certification were discussed. A frame of quality assessment indicators for characteristic school certifications in elementary schools was proposed. Moreover some experts’ options on quality assessment indicators for certifications were conducted. Chainwise Paired Comparisons (CPC) was used to construct the weights of various indicators. Finally a system of quality assessment indicators for characteristic school certifications in elementary schools and a index for assessing quality of characteristic school certifications were build to assess the quality and effects of characteristic school certifications. Moreover experts illustrated the assessment indicators related qualifying indicators are most important. |
