教育領導的新圖像

疫情時代下的教育變革，不僅重塑了教育環境，更為學校行政與教師教學帶來諸多挑戰，而教育領導力的有效發揮，乃是因應當前社會及教育變革的一股重要力量。是故，建立「教育領導新圖像」，引領學校教育人員在快速變遷的環境中面對挑戰與勇於創新，應屬當前值得關注的教育議題。
