中文摘要 | 專業學習網絡是促使學校間連結、合作與學習的利器,同時也能提升學校、學區或全國教育文化的改善。本文旨在探討教師專業學習網絡之概念、研究及其啟示。首先,闡述教師專業學習網絡的相關概念;其次,分析教師專業學習網絡相關實徵研究;最後,則據以提出未來有關教師專業學習網絡實務推展與研究的相關建議,包括:一、積極推動專業學習網絡,活絡學校與區域教師文化;二、建置各種線上資源平台,提供籌組和參與學習機會;三、培育學習網絡之領導人,提供規劃與運作專業人才;四、提升互動,營造信任氛圍,落實有效協作與深化學習;五、關注教學相關運作主題,引導參與者自我導向學習;六、強調教師集體學習省思,落實教師教學分享與實踐;七、進行相關主題實徵研究,整體探究推動成效與困境。 |
英文摘要 | Professional learning networks are powerful tools for school-to-school connection, collaboration, and learning, as well as for the improvement of a school, district, or national educational culture. The purpose of this article is to explore the concept and research of teacher professional learning networks and its implications. First, this study elaborates the related concept about professional learning networks. Second, the related empirical studies concerning professional learning networks are analyzed. Finally, the authors provide some implications for implementation and future research of professional learning networks: (1) Promoting professional learning networks actively so that the teacher culture in schools and regions can be activated. (2) Building various online resource platforms to provide opportunities for organizing and participating in learning. (3) Cultivating the leaders of professional learning networks to provide planning and operation professionals. (4) Increasing interaction and creating a climate of trust to implement effective collaboration and deepen learning. (5) Focusing on topics of teaching-related operations and guiding participants in self-directed learning. (6) Emphasizing teachers’ collective learning and reflection, and implementing teachers’ teaching sharing and practice. (7) Conducting empirical research on related topics to explore all the effectiveness and dilemma. |
