英文摘要 | The leadership and governance ability of a school principal has a huge impact on the school development. Apparently, the principal leadership is the main driving factor for the school to move forward. Therefore, research on the development of the principal’s professional ability has become an important research topic. Many studies have shown that the guidance and intervention of mentor principals are helpful to the training and professional ability of primary and secondary school principals. Therefore, this article aims to clarify the meaning of principal mentoring in primary and secondary schools, and discuss the functional value of principal mentoring, and then can put forward the implementation prospect of principal mentoring in primary and secondary schools, so as to provide reference for improving principal mentoring system in primary and secondary school and promoting the professional growth of principals. |
