中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討大學男性教師期望的退休後生活及其準備程度,以質性取向,採取探索性的研究設計,研究參與者計20位,平均年齡為53.7歲。研究結果為:一、大學男性教師期望退休後安排休閒活動,維持身心健康;有事可做,發揮學術專長與興趣;二、大學男性教師經常忙於教學研究與服務,雖覺察身心健康、老後照顧、家庭參與、人際交往、經濟安全與退休居住等問題,但尚待改善問題的行動力;三、大學男性教師實踐運動保健,發揮學術專長與興趣為退休準備者寡;明白維護健康是重要的,亦知不做健康規劃與退休規劃將會後悔;對退休準備尚未思考者眾。最後,依據研究發現提出對教育實務及未來研究之建議。 |
英文摘要 | The aims of this study were to explore the expectation of post-retirement life for male professors and readiness with the purposive sampling. Exploratory research design with qualitative analysis, 20 participants in the study, with an average age of 53.7 years. The research result showed that male professors expect to arrange leisure activities after retirement and to play academic expertise and interest. The male professors are often busy teaching, research and services. They need to improve their problem-solving action plan for physical and mental health, elderly care, family participation, interpersonal communication, economic security and retirement home. They are a minority of people preparing for retirement to practice sports health and to develop academic expertise and interest. They understand that maintaining health is important, and they will regret not doing health planning and retirement planning. More people have not thought about retirement preparation. Implications for educational practice and suggestions for future research are discussed. |
