The Formation and Implementation of Guanxiology

本研究主要以東西方之哲學探討關係動力學的建構與發展，關係動力學主要的脈絡來自《易經》和老莊的學說，以及受到西方後現代和關係倫理學的影響，本研究嘗試以東西方的視角去探討「關係」和「動力」的核心意義。關係動力學著重對話的產生，透過對話處理人與自己、人與人、人與事物，以及人與環境之間的關係，其相信透過有效的對話可以解決關係中結構性的問題，透過解構及運用反思慧問等技術重新建構，讓關係的能量能夠持續正向流動。關係動力學是一門知識也是一種方法，強調尊重每個生命個體，接受個體的獨立性，給予個體自由的成長空間；當掌握關係動力學之脈絡與理念時，即可運用其理念進行自己與自己、與他人、社群對話，消融關係中的阻抗，化解關係中的壓力，讓每個人在關係中走向圓融和諧。

The newly constructed theory of Guanxiology, derived from a combination of western and eastern philosophies, which are, based upon ancient Chinese knowledge of Yi-Jing, Post-modernism philosophies, and group dynamics theories. Guanxiology is the study of Guan-xi, or in other words interpersonal relationships, and its influence upon social dynamics among self and others in private and public settings. This study aims to explore the Guanxiology through the lens of both eastern and western philosophies and examine how each core values of Guanxiology aids personal growth through their “Guan-xi” among self and others, self and environment and in all life settings. Guanxiology theories have developed precise reconstructive methodologies and ideologies to foster self-reflection and self-growth, to resolve social pressure in relationships, and to nurture positive harmonious “Guan-xi.” Therefore, Guanxiology’s theories, ideologies, and its methods of success are worth examining closely to aid the public in understanding how “Guan-xi” can affect self and others with its influences in social settings and group dynamics.
