The Method and Application of Learners’ Topic Mining in Teachers’ Workshop
The teachers’ workshop provides a good platform for interschool teachers’ collaborative training. It is one of the main ways to promote the professional development of teachers. The paper aims at the problem which difficult to carry out effective monitoring and timely guidance in the training process of teacher’ workshop， and uses the interactive text data generated by learners’ discussion， proposes a method of topic mining in teacher’ workshop. This method uses content semantic analysis to analyze the contents of learners reviews and reflection， uses LDA model automatic mining latent topic in different types of learners comments and tracking the evolution trend of the hot topics of learners. This paper takes typical teacher’ workshop as an example to do experiments. The results show that learners can discuss around the theme of training; Compared to ordinary learners， excellent learners are more active in their learning attitude; for example， they have deeper understanding in multimedia and Micro-lecture technology application; however， the topic of “summary and review of technical support” and “teaching evaluation of technical support” did not appear. Analysis of topic evolution trend in real-time visualization feedback， provides important support for deepening the development of training activities; it also provides some ideas for the study of learning analysis of teachers’ workshop.
