Under the Background of “Internet +”: Construction of Evaluation Index System for Problem-based Learning Effectiveness

The “Internet +” brings richer learning resource， diversified and intelligent technical support to problem-based learning. It is more conducive to the teaching goal of “cultivating students’ problem-solving ability and innovation ability”. Firstly， the author comb “Internet +” background based on problem solving learning theories and “Internet +” technological change. Secondly， the author described some elements of learning effectiveness and established its evaluation index system. Finally， the author used Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process， and established its evaluation index weight.
