Review of Changes of National Policy in Aspect of “Teacher’s Professionalism” —NVivo11-based Policy Analysis
The definition of “teacher’s professionalism” reflects the educatoin teaching philosophy to a great extent. Taking the connotatino of “teacher’s professionalism” defined by Chinese scholars from the reform and opening up as the logical starting point， this paper analyzed the changes of national policy on requirement of teacher’s professionalism. The research found out that per the analysis of the existing policy， it has different requirement on teacher’s professionalism at different development stage. Meanwhile， in the future， China， in the perspective of teacher’s professional development， is expected to pay more attention on formulation and improvement of policy on informatization of teacher education， teacher’s subject teaching quality and teacher’s professional awareness. Specifically， China will further lay emphasis on the policy formulation in three aspects: first of all， establishing the evaluation mechanism on benefit of educational informatization; secondly， formulating a standardized cultivation system for subject teaching quality in continuing education for teachers; thirdly， focusing on teacher’s professional awareness in certification system of teaching qualification.
