Evaluation of Students’ Comprehensive Quality with the Aim of Promoting Development —The Concept and Practice of the Construction of the Second Class Transcript
In order to change the value orientation of current evaluation methods of students’ comprehensive quality in colleges， this paper proposes a new type of “second class transcript” evaluation method based on big data， which fully displays students’ development at college in an objective record， and matches development resources according to the characteristics presented by them. This evaluation method replaces the comparison with the record in the content， and replaces the analytical evaluation with the comprehensive evaluation in the form， which is beneficial for the students to better understand themselves and achieve the combination of comprehensive development and personality development， which is helpful for the comprehensive evaluation of the students by the university. It can give full play to the subjective initiative of students， so that the students can master their own future.
