Research on the Popularization Mode of High Quality Digital Education Resources in the Period of Educational Informationization 2.0 — Taking the Investigation of the Large-scale Application of Digital Textbooks in Guangdong as an Example
The education informatizational action plan version 2 put forward education informationization development direction of “Three Cover，Two High and One large”. High-quality digital educational resources is the foundation and guarantee for the future development of information technology education. The digital textbook is a kind of digital media， digital educational resources of high quality， scientific and systematic， its industrial application is an effective way for the popularization and application of high quality digital educational resources.It can effectively improve the quality of education， promote the balanced education. Digital textbooks need a certain environment and conditions， the current pilot in developed areas， but also in-depth investigation and analysis of the unbalanced economic development area. Taking Guangdong Province as the research object， this paper investigates 590 primary and secondary schools in the whole province， covering the Pearl River Delta and the northwest of Guangdong Province. It has carried out extensive research on the infrastructure conditions， the identification degree of the digital textbooks， the application demand of the teaching subjects and the operation guarantee， compared with the Pearl River Delta and the northwest of Guangdong. The rationalization proposals for the large-scale application of digital resources are put forward. This article takes Guangdong Province as a typical case analysis， and provides a useful exploration for the period of educational informatization 2.0， and studies the popularization mode of high-quality digital education resources in China.
