Enhancing Information Technology Education for Aged Generation with Development of Smart City

Insufficiently information technology capabilities being considered as an obstacle for aged generation to enjoying their later life in the Smart City. In order to understand the current information capacity of old people and the elderly education demanding， a research of elderly information technology capability is investigated in Nanning city. This study presented problems of elderly information technology abilities and analyzed background reasons， and then proposed practical advices for enhancing the information technology capabilities of older generation.
