英文摘要 | “Internet +” era brings opportunities as well as challenges to distance education, and what is the way out for distance education becomes a hot debate in this field. Considering the integration and collaboration of “Internet +” era, the positioning of distance education becomes clear—that is identity quality view. Quality assurance system is the way to realize “identity quality view” . There are four levels in the quality assurance system, which are quality view, credit system, quality assurance standards and quality assurance mode. Quality assurance is a collaborative work of government, continuing education institution and third-party quality supervision center, which are all core stakeholders and participants of quality assurance and facilitate the effective implementation of quality assurance system together. This study is based on the “Internet +” era of analysis of quality view of distance education and quality assurance system, hoping to bring some thinking to personnel related to quality assurance of distance education. |
