英文摘要 | The booming maker education is providing a new opportunity for the innovation reform of education. Meanwhile, it faces with many severe challenges at present, one of which is the deficiency of maker teachers. Maker education is a specific education form. It is interdisciplinary, comprehensive, complex, creative, and practical. This means it is imperative that training professional teachers to facilitate the implementation of maker education. How to training maker teachers is determined by the professional quality structure of maker teachers. So we constructed a professional quality structure from three aspects of professional knowledge, professional skills, and professional affection. Maker teacher played a dual role of “maker” and “teacher”, they should possess abundant interdisciplinary knowledge, maker space construction skills, maker education courses development skills, maker technology use ability, and maker class teaching skills. Meanwhile, they also should be cultivated maker spirits which include innovation awareness, innovation thinking, practice awareness, craftsman's spirit, connective thinking, sharing awareness, team spirit, safety awareness, and attempt spirit. |
