英文摘要 | The gender difference in STEM education is becoming more and more prominent. The proportion of women in the related field is significantly lower than that of men, which is not conducive to the cultivation of national talents. To change this situation must start from the basic education. This paper analyzes primary school girls's trengths and weaknesses in four aspects: primary school girls' innate ability, social bias, lack of self-efficacy and example, lack of balance between future life and work and study. We propose strategies to promote primary school girls' access to STEM, namely, to increase the proportion of primary school girls in the field of STEM education and to provide a neutral discourse platform and socializing agent guidance. These strategies can help the society, the school and the family to provide and construct the STEM education learning environment and the cultural atmosphere for the girl. |
