中文摘要 | 教师信息化专业知识是信息时代教师专业发展所需要关注的诸多方面的知识,推动职业教育信息化,首要任务就是促进职教教师现代信息技术应用能力的发展,基础在于职教教师信息化专业知识的提高。因此,对职教教师的信息化专业知识内涵及其所包括的内容进行界定具有十分重要的意义。该文首先对教师专业知识、教师信息化专业知识及职教教师信息化专业知识进行界定;然后在充分分析职业教育特点和教师专业知识变迁的基础上,构建职教教师的专业知识模型;最后根据信息化背景下职教教师的教学地位及教师专业知识发展的新内容,构建出了职教教师信息化专业知识结构模型,将此模型分为四个等级:基础级、扩展级、融合级和贯通级,并对每一层级进行详细分析与阐述。 |
英文摘要 | Teachers’ professional knowledge in ICT is the knowledge on which the professional development of teachers need to focus in information age. To promote vocational education informatization, its primary task is to promote the development of modern information technology application ability of vocational teachers, which is based on the improvement of teachers’ professional knowledge in ICT. Therefore, the definition on the knowledge content of vocational teachers and information including the definition has very important significance. This paper defines teachers’ professional knowledge, teachers’ information professional knowledge, and vocational teacher information knowledge. And then, constructs teachers’ professional knowledge model based on the full analysis of the characteristics of vocational education and the change of teachers’ professional knowledge. Finally, according to teachers’ teaching status in information background and the new content of teachers’ professional knowledge development, the information technology professional knowledge structural model of vocational education teachers are constructed. This model is divided into four levels: basic level, extended level, fusion level, and thorough level, which will be analyzed and explained in detail. |
