中文摘要 | “互联网+职业教育”是“供给侧”改革背景下,职业教育提升人才培养质量、增加技术技能人才精 准有效供给的必然选择,而其体系架构与创新应用成为制约“互联网+职业教育”行动计划推进的关键。以此为 背景,该文尝试构建了“互联网+职业教育”的体系架构,可以概括为 “一个智慧平台、两个数据库、三项支撑 技术、四类参与主体、五种服务功能”。智慧管理平台是“互联网+职业教育”体系架构的系统应用平台;“培 养过程数据库”和“教学资源数据库”是体系架构运行的重要载体;云计算、大数据和泛在网络是支撑体系架构 的三项关键技术;职业院校、用人企业、行业协会、政府部门是四类主要参与主体;有效支撑连通、聚合、预 测、协作与体验等五种服务功能。在“互联网+职业教育”体系实践运行中,设计了需求与反馈结合的招生决策 机制、产教深度融合的人才培养体系、网络众创空间支持的职业生涯发展等创新应用思路。 |
英文摘要 | “Internet + Vocational Education” is the inevitable choice for vocational education to improve the quality of personnel training and increase the accurate and effective supply of technical talents under the background of “supply side” reform, and its architecture and application of innovation is the key to propel the action plan of “Internet + Vocational Education” .Under this background, try to construct the architecture of “Internet + Vocational Education” , it can be summarized as “an intelligent platform, two databases , three supporting technology, four participants and five kinds of service function”. The wisdom management platform is the system application platform for “Internet + Vocational Education” architecture; training state database “and” teaching resources database is an important carrier of architecture operation; cloud computing, big data and ubiquitous network are three key technologies supporting system architecture; vocational colleges, enterprise, industry association, government departments are four kinds of main participants; effectively support five kinds of service function of connection, aggregation, prediction, collaboration and experience. In the practice of “Internet + Vocational Education”, design the innovation application ideas, including enrollment decision-making mechanism by demand and feedback, talent training system deeply integrated with production and education, occupation development system by the support of network maker space. |
