中文摘要 | 小学媒介素养教育具有启蒙性质,在整个媒介素养教育体系中居于基础性的地位。现阶段的小学生是在自媒体蓬勃发展进程中成长起来的一代新人,为使媒介素养教育能够更好地服务于小学生对自媒体的了解和使用,运用文献资料法,该文首先分析了自媒体时代对小学生媒介素养的新要求,之后以“超越保护主义”为价值诉求,对自媒体背景下媒介素养教育的目标定位进行了探讨,继而分析了新时期媒介素养教育的内容框架。研究认为,我们应将小学媒介素养教育的目标定位为一种培养学习者“技术理性”的启蒙教育,一种培养学习者媒介认知、媒介技能、媒介价值观念的综合素养教育,一种培养学习者终身学习媒介知识和媒介技能的奠基性教育。由此理念出发,我们应将小学媒介素养教育的内容限定为指向自媒体系统认知的媒介知识教育、指向技术理性启蒙的媒介观念教育、指向自媒体有效应用的媒介技能教育和指向学习者自我教育的媒介学习方法教育。 |
英文摘要 | Primary school media literacy education has the nature of the enlightenment, which is in the foundational status in the media literacy education system. The growth of Pupils are accompanied by the booming development of we media at present stage. In order to make media literacy education to better serve the students to understand and use we media, using the literature method, the paper firstly analyzes the new requirements of primary school students media literacy in we media era, and taking “beyond protectionism” as value proposition, discusses the targets of primary school students media literacy, and then analyzes the content framework of media literacy education in the new period. The paper suggests that we should make the target of media literacy education in primary school as one kind of enlighten education cultivating learners “technical reason”, one kind of comprehensive qualities education cultivating recognitions of media, skills of media and values of media, as well as one kind of foundational education for cultivating learners’ lifelong learning of media knowledge and skills. From this concept, we should limit the contents of primary school media literacy education to the media knowledge education pointing to the systematic understanding of we media, the media concept education pointing to the technical reason, the media skill education pointing to the effective application of we media, and the media method education pointing to the students’ self-education. |
