中文摘要 | 教师实践性知识对于教育教学和教师专业发展的重要性已逐步得到教育界的普遍认可。但目前促进教师专业发展过程中,出现的如培训中理论与实践的割裂等问题,带来的直接后果是教师实践性知识的缺失与实践性技能的匮乏。因此,在教师教育领域逐渐开始关注并尝试基于实践场的以问题解决为中心的促进教师专业发展路径,以校本研修和区域整体推进为主要组织方式。该文采用案例分析法,对国内外不同区域的3种教师专业发展推进典型模式进行了分析,在此基础上,从区域整体推进的视角阐释了在实践场中“点—线—面”的发展路径和包括基于网络学习空间的平行协同模式、基于同步录播视频的帮带协同模式在内的区域协同教学发展路径。 |
英文摘要 | The importance of teacher’s practical knowledge about education and professional development has gradually been widely recognized in the educational. Now, direct consequences of promoting professional development is the lack of teachers’ practical knowledge and practice skills, such as training in the theory and practice of fragmentation in the process of promoting professional development. So in the field of teacher education, gradually start to pay attention and try to promote professional development path with center for problem-solving based on practice field, school-based study and region promoting as main mode of organization. Through case analysis, study analyzes three typical models of promoting professional development in different areas at home and abroad. On this basis, interpreting development path of “point-line-surface” in the practical field and regional team teaching including parallel collaborative mode based on network learning space and helping with collaborative model based on synchronous recording of video from the perspective of regions promoting. |
