中文摘要 | “互联网+”打破了权威对知识的垄断,一个开放式创新的教育生态环境正在形成。“互联网+”与教育的结合极大地丰富和促进了优质资源教育资源的整合和利用。文章首先分析了数字教育资源建设中存在的主要问题,并结合国内外典型案例概括了问题成因及发展瓶颈;在此基础上阐述了教育资源共建共享建设模式的内涵和要素;最后,论述了数字教育资源共创共享建设模式的保障机制、激励机制和制约机制及其可能的实施策略,以期提升优质数字教育资源建设和服务水平。 |
英文摘要 | “Internet+” breaks the monopoly on knowledge authority so that education turn closed to open, and recreates a open innovation education ecological environment, in which high-quality education resources can be greatly enriched and utilized. The article analyzes the main problems in the digital educational resources construction, and summarizes the reasons of problems and development bottleneck on the basis of typical cases at home and abroad. On this basis, this paper expounds the content and elements of educational resources co- creation and sharing construction model. Finally, the content discussed in the paper about digital educational resources co- creation and sharing are the guarantee mechanism、excitation mechanism、control mechanism and its possible implementation strategy to enhance the level of high quality digital education resources construction and service. |
