中文摘要 | 随着教育信息化工程的深入推进,为实现信息技术与教育深度融合,数字教育资源的建设至关重要。该文从教育生态学视角,透视数字教育资源建设与应用,理清基本要素,建构比较分析框架,遴选国内外10个典型的案例进行比较分析,以归纳出数字教育资源的新发展:数字教育资源形态趋向多元化,支持教与学并举,且易于转换;数字教育资源的建设由集中走向共创,注重用户参与建设和共享资源;数字教育资源的服务形式由用户自主检索转向捕捉用户需求,精准化定位与推送;数字教育资源评价由标准化外部评价转向用户过程性评价与建设者自评相结合,评价与建设紧密联系,互为一体。 |
英文摘要 | With the in-depth advancement of Educational information project, the construction of digital educational resources is crucial for the fusion of informational technology and education. The paper, from the view of educational ecology, analyzes the construction and application of digital educational resources and application, clarifies the fundamental elements and builds the framework of comparative analysis. Besides, a comparative research is conducted about ten typical samples at home and abroad to summarize the latest development of digital educational resources: digital educational resources tend to be multiple forms, support teaching as well as learning, and are easily be transformed. The construction of digital educational resources goes from concentration to co-creation, and emphasizes users’ participation and sharing. The services of digital educational resources develop from users’ selfsearching to catching their needs, precise location and push. The evaluation of digital educational resources tends from the standard external evaluation to the users’ process evaluation combined with the constructers’ self-evaluation, in which the evaluation and construction are integrated closely as a whole. |
