中文摘要 | 信息技术的不断推陈出新带动了基础教育信息化的蓬勃发展,但有时也显现出缺乏良性运行机制、结构性差异较为明显的失衡现象。究其原因,主要是没有处理好信息技术与其他生态要素之间的关系,技术没有完全融入教育生态系统中。这不仅加剧了“数字鸿沟”,也影响了教育信息化管理、评价等工作。该文从生态观视角分析、思考基础教育信息化系统各因子的作用及影响,构建以物质流、能量流、信息流为主的三维评价模型,促进教育信息化评价的科学化,推动基础教育信息化的可持续发展。 |
英文摘要 | The new information technology has brought forth the rapid development of elementary education informatization, though, it sometimes shows the imbalance of a lack of good operation mechanism and obvious structural differences. The main reason is that the relationship between the information technology and other ecological factors has not been done well so that the technology has not been fully integrated into the education ecosystem, which has not only increased the “digital divide”, also affected the informatization evaluation and management. Based on the analysis of ecology and the function of the factors affecting the informatization system of elmentary education, the thesis is to construct the three-dimensional( material flow, energy flow and the information flow )evaluation model and a more scientific evaluation index system to promote the standardization of education informatization evaluation and the sustainable development of elementary education informatization. |
