中文摘要 | 我国对教育公平高度重视,取得了令世界瞩目的快速发展,但是实现教育公平采用的是以物质调配为主的传统手段,投入多,效益低。信息时代必须给教育公平注入时代内涵,站在时代制高点上创新设计,寻找利用信息化手段实现教育公平的路径和方法。该文探讨信息时代教育公平的理念变革以及路径创新,通过网络在全国乃至世界范围内共享名师课程资源,建设智慧学科门户共享优质学术和专业资源,创新教学模式促进优秀教学资源的充分共享和利用,发展智慧教育,建构智慧性课程,使教育公平跃上更高层次,进而走出一条中国特色的时代化的教育公平实现道路。 |
英文摘要 | Education equity is attached great importance in China, and has achieved significant developments these days. However, the implementations are on traditional ways that depend on resource disposition which cost a lot but have low benefit. New connotation should be added to education equity in the IT agem, in order to find methods to achieving education equity by informatization ways. In this article we discuss the idea change and method innovation in the IT age. By sharing course resource of famous teacher nationwide or even worldwide, sharing high quality academic resource through smart portals, improving the application of excellent resources by creating new teaching mode, developing smart education and constructing smart course, we can make the education equity to a higher level, and pave an epochal way with Chinese characteristics to achieve education equity. |
