| 英文摘要 | This study adopted a design-based research (DBR) approach to develop and refine the “Self-Assessment System for Professional Competencies of Primary and Secondary School Principals,” aiming to strengthen evidence-based decision-making and professional development. The system’s key features include visualized radar charts to intuitively display quantitative distributions across seven competency dimensions, and AI-generated professional feedback that offers targeted and actionable recommendations. Through iterative cycles of design, implementation, evaluation, and revision– supported by expert consultation and user feedback– the system’s practicality and effectiveness in authentic educational settings were ensured. Results indicate that the system enables individual principals to rapidly understand their competency status, while providing aggregated regional and national trends to inform resource allocation and training strategies in educational governance, thereby demonstrating the practical value of data-driven and evidence-based decision-making. |
