| 英文摘要 | This study aims to explore the impact of Transactive Memory System (TMS) on team effectiveness and social-emotional learning (SEL) among faculty and students in the Department of Early Childhood Education. With the COVID-19 pandemic changing the interaction patterns between teachers and students, face-to-face communication and emotional expression have encountered challenges. As a result, team collaboration and emotional support have become important issues in the field of education. TMS emphasizes the integration of knowledge and expertise among team members, improving team effectiveness through cooperation and information sharing. This study employs semi-structured interviews with faculty and students in the Department of Early Childhood Education to explore the formation, operation, and challenges of TMS in actual collaboration, as well as its impact on team effectiveness and social-emotional learning. The findings indicate that TMS fosters trust and emotional support among team members, enhancing collaborative relationships and contributing to the development of social emotional learning skills, including emotional awareness, empathy, and interpersonal relationship management. Through joint training and shared experiences, faculty and students in the Department of Early Childhood Education can effectively apply TMS to improve team collaboration, enhance teaching innovation, and improve learning outcomes. The results show that a well-functioning TMS not only facilitates knowledge sharing but also strengthens emotional bonds among faculty and students, helping to enhance the overall effectiveness of the team. |
