中文摘要 | 實務理論帶動組織學界與教育學界實務轉向趨勢,也對領導典範產生影響。本文聚焦中層領導,先梳理中層領導在學校領導上的重要性,進而探討實務觀點對其理論發展之影響,從關心領導角色進而關注領導實踐,更聚焦於領導與教學、學習、專業成長、研究與反思等實踐活動間的關聯,以及領導所鑲嵌的在地脈絡。實務轉向的領導理論,提供了動態連結的理論框架,有助於打破以往領導研究偏重標準化和表現性的現象,其典範轉移具有理論的、實踐的與研究上的啟示。面對當前之教育變革,中層領導者宜更關注在地脈絡與領導的關係,創造有利變革發生的實踐架構,促進學校變革並提升學校領導效能。 |
英文摘要 | Practical theory has led to the trend of “practical turn” in organizational and educational research, and has also influenced the “leadership paradigm.” This paper focused on middle leadership. The researcher first reviewed the importance of middle leadership in school leadership and then discussed the influence of practical theory on its theoretical development. The focus of the study has shifted from leadership to leading. Leading focuses more on the relationship between leadership and the practical activities of teaching, learning, professional development, research, reflection, and local context where leading is embedded. The practice-oriented leadership theory provides a dynamic and connective theoretical framework, which is conducive to breaking the phenomenon of previous leadership research focusing on standardization and performativity. This paradigm shift has important theoretical, practical and research implications. Faced with current educational changes, middle leaders should pay more attention to the relationship between local contexts and leadership in school governance and create practice architectures that are favorable to changes in order to facilitate school reform and enhance school leadership effectiveness. |
