英文摘要 | With the proliferation of emerging technologies and the post-pandemic drive towards educational technology applications, the use of AI technology in educational settings has rapidly expanded, fostering the development of AI education. The significance of AI technology in future education cannot be ignored, as its applications encompass educational administration, teaching models, student assessment, and personalized learning. By incorporating emerging technologies, AI provides precise teaching recommendations and learning pathways, effectively enhancing teaching quality and learning outcomes. Additionally, it alleviates teachers’ workloads, allowing them to focus more on innovative teaching activities. The leadership of principals is crucial in integrating AI education into school systems. They must assume multiple roles, including vision and strategy developers, change promoters, professional development supporters, collaboration and network builders, evaluators and feedback providers, and ethics and responsibility advocates. Given the immense potential of AI technology in future education, principals need to demonstrate multifaceted leadership to drive the continuous development and progress of education. |
