中文摘要 | 近年來,人工智慧(Artificial Intelligence, AI)和生成式人工智慧(Generative AI)技術對教育領域產生了深遠的影響。本文旨在探討AI技術對中小學校長領導策略的影響,並根據文獻與文獻計量分析結果提出應用策略,因此,先對AI在教育領域的應用現況進行文獻回顧,文獻計量分析結果顯示,AI教育的研究主題主要集中於AI素養和程式設計等核心領域,課程發展、教師專業發展和倫理問題亦是未來研究的重要方向,繼而提出了中小學校長領導策略,包括:推廣自主學習系統,利用AI技術提升個性化學習效果;應用智能導師,提供即時學習輔導、減輕教師壓力;採數據驅動的校務管理,利用大數據分析優化決策;強化AI倫理與素養教育;推動跨領域課程設計發展,將AI素養教育納入學校課程,鼓勵跨領域及學科合作,整體提升學生能力等五項建議。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) technologies have profoundly impacted education. This paper aims to explore the impact of AI technology on leadership strategies for primary and secondary school principals and to propose application strategies based on literature and bibliometric analysis results. First, a literature review on the current applications of AI in education is conducted. According to the results of the bibliometric analysis, AI education research topics are mainly focused on AI literacy and programming. Curriculum development, teacher professional development, and ethical issues are important future research directions. Based on the above findings, this paper proposes leadership strategies for primary and secondary school principals, including promoting self-directed learning systems to enhance personalized learning outcomes using AI technology; applying intelligent tutoring systems to provide immediate learning support and reduce teacher workload; implementing data-driven school administration to optimize decision-making through big data analysis; and, importantly, strengthening AI ethics and literacy education to prepare students for the AI-driven future; and promoting interdisciplinary curriculum developed by incorporating AI literacy education into school curricula and encouraging cross-disciplinary collaboration to enhance student capabilities holistically. |
