英文摘要 | This article explores the transformation of educational leadership motivation in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). AI technology not only enhances the operational efficiency of educational institutions but also provides educational leaders with a precise decision-making basis through data analysis. This precision instills a sense of security and confidence in leaders, as they can make more informed decisions. In the AI era, the role of educational leaders has shifted to that of transformational leaders, requiring them to possess innovative capabilities and data analysis skills to lead educational institutions in adapting to technological changes. The source of leadership motivation has also evolved, with AI technology providing new extrinsic motivational mechanisms, such as real-time feedback and recognition, in addition to traditional intrinsic motivation. Leaders’ decision-making process has become more data-driven, enabling more precise decisions through educational data analysis. Furthermore, AI technology has also helped teachers in professional development. Through individualized training programs and self-learning platforms, teachers can more effectively enhance their teaching abilities. However, leaders must also pay attention to teachers’ attitudes and needs when facing AI technology, providing necessary support and training. Overall, educational leaders in the AI era need to own technological literacy, decision-making skills, learning support capabilities, and innovation management skills and take the social-emotional learning needs of human instinct altogether to address the challenges and opportunities brought by AI technology, thereby improving educational quality and effectiveness. |
