AI technology is changing every facet of education, including providing personalized learning support, assisting teachers in instruction, automating administrative tasks, improving learning assessments, and promoting teachers’ professional development. First, principals need to have a forward-looking vision and digital transformation mindset to drive the effective integration of AI technology with education and establish a data-driven school decision-making culture. Second, principals should pay attention to the ethical and security issues of AI, ensuring that technological applications align with core educational values. Furthermore, principals need to guide the school’s teaching community in adapting to the challenges and opportunities brought by AI, enhancing educational quality and student learning outcomes.
