英文摘要 | To systematically develop students 21 st-century skills, teachers must transform teaching, implement innovative pedagogies, and truly become designers of learning environments. In April 2018 , the OECD published the report Teachers as Designers of Learning Environments : the Importance of Innovative Pedagogies, the five C,s Framework of which provides scaffolding for teachers to change teaching. Innovative pedagogies are a complex interaction between teaching and learning. Designing and implementing innovative pedagogies involves five elements : combinations, connoisseurship,content, context, and change. However, transforming teaching also need to regard innovation as the basic element of the teaching profession, balance the collaborative culture and individuality in the network, and truly recognize the property of teaching transformation as a complex problem. |
