英文摘要 | The teacher’s personal philosophy of education means teachers’ independent thought about such key words as education, the subject that teachers teach, instruction, teacher and student. The ordinary teachers become excellent teachers because they not only teach well, but also have their philosophy of education.We can have an insight into the machanisms of formation of teacher`s personal philosophy of education through representing the specific excellent teachers personal philosophy of edcuation. The machanisms of formation of teacher` personal philosophy mainly include the following approaches: to enhance the teacher identity and lay a foundation of personal philosophy of education; to persist in researching and creating and draw a map of personal philosophy of education; to know self-knowledge and develop personal philosophy of education. |
