中文摘要 | 课堂提问策略作为促进有效提问的基本原则、方法和技巧,是体现教师教学水平的重要标志,也是衡量教师专业能力的重要指标。本文根据自编的课堂观察表,通过课堂观察、音像分析和结构性访谈,分别对9名新手型和9名熟练型教师的课堂提问策略进行比较、分析。依据研究结果提出反思与建议,以期为师资培训和教师专业成长提供切实的实证依据。 |
英文摘要 | The effective questions depend on effective strategy of questioning. The strategy of questioning is a basic rule, method and skill. It is an important indicator for teaching level and professional ability. The differences between novice teachers and professional teachers are mentioned in a wild range, but it is rare for skilled teachers. Based on the observation frame in self-designed classroom, the researcher compares and analyzes the questioning strategy between 9 skilled teachers and 9 novice teachers by observation, audio, video analysis and structural interviews. The reflections and suggestions are contributed to teacher training and professional development. |
