Policy Guidance on China's Educational System Reform Since 1980's

20世纪80年代以来我国教育体制改革的启动与推进，离不开党的政策指引。从1985年的《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》到1993年的《中国教育改革和发展纲要》，再到2010年的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》，这一系列重大教育政策的颁行，充分体现了党对教育发展的深谋远虑和系统部署。我国的教育体制改革已取得明显成效，但依然任重而道远。继续深化教育体制改革需要有对教育政策更良好的理解与执行。

The initiative and development of educational system reform in China since 1980's wouldn't have been realized without the guidance of the CPC's policies. The important educational policies include “The Central Committee of the CPC's Decision on Educational System Reform” in 1985, “China's Educational Reform and Development Outline” issued by the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council in 1993, and the “National Medium and Long Term Plan on Educational Reform and Development” recently published by the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council, reflecting the party's forethoughtful planning and systemic arrangements. China's reform on the education system has made remarkable achievements but there is still a long way to go. The deepening of the reform calls for the good understanding and implementation of educational policies.
