The Career Counseling Association refers to primarily all kinds of organizations or professional bodies organized voluntarily to promote the provision of services to an individual's career development. This paper studies the basic situation and operational characteristics of the United States Association for Counseling Association and its branch-based trade association of career counseling and its important role and status in the promotion of development of the industry.
