中文摘要 | 笔者在教学中对口头报告教学进行了多次改进尝试,但效果都不明显。笔者参加了教师-研究者互动发展团队的项目后,认识到口头报告不成功的根源是没有对学生进行系统的、有针对性的口头报告训练。在总结了学生普遍存在的问题后笔者制定了相应的改进方案,进行了为期半年的行动研究。课堂观察和期末问卷都表明所采取的措施取得了令人满意的效果。同时,教师-研究者互动发展团队对教学问题的多次讨论使笔者对教学理论和教学方法也有了更深的理解。 |
英文摘要 | Despite all the efforts of the author to improve the practice of students' presentation, students' presentation skills had seen little improvement. Participation in a teacher-researcher community in the first half year of 2010 helped me to discover the core reason of previous failures-lack of systematic and target-focused training on presentation. After summarizing the prevalent problems in giving presentations-language problem, content and structure problem and delivery problem-a two-phase plan based on those problems was carried out in the second half year. Careful class observation plus anonymous questionnaires have shown unprecedented satisfactory results. Meanwhile, discussions at regular meetings of the community have benefited me extensively in understanding pedagogical theories and teaching methodology.
