南京國民政府初期教育界的派系之爭──以馬敘倫的經歷為線索的考察

The Disputes among Different Factions of Education Circles in the Early Period of Nanjing National Government

南京國民政府成立後，馬敘倫的新舊資歷使他有機會繼續參與執掌中央教育行政。馬敘倫任職期間，在協助蔣夢麟改革大學制度、參與文化事業的同時，也無法迴避教育界此起彼伏的風潮和派系紛爭。南京國民政府初期，教育界出現”蔡（元培）系”和李（石曾）系”之爭，所涉及的範圍除了中央大學、勞動大學風潮外，還包括教育部、中央研究院及北平文化教育界等多個領域。馬敘倫在這一時期教育界愈演愈烈的派系紛爭中逐漸邊緣化，這是他1929年底辭去教育次長職務的主要原因。

After Nanjing National Government was established， Ma Xulun’s special experience in education circles and politics activities before and after the Northern Expedition， which qualifications made him has the opportunity to continue to participate in charge of the central education administration. Ma Xulun took over the parliamentary secretary of the Ministry of Education in 1928. during his tenure， he assisted Jiang Menglin to reform university system and engaged in many cultural activities. Meanwhile， he inevitably got embroiled in the constant disputes among different factions in education circles. In the early period of Nanjing National Government， the disputes between the factions of Cai Yuanpei and Li Shizeng emerged in education circles. Ma Xulun was gradually marginalized in the fierce factional struggle. This is the prime cause why he resigned his position as parliamentary secretary of Ministry of Education in 1929.
