中文摘要 | 我國在邁入博士教育大國行列後,如何提升博士教育質量是不容迴避的問題。本研究在全國調查數據基礎上,應用模糊綜合評價方法,從博士生自身和博士導師兩個群體做出綜合質量評價,從課程體系、培養環節和能力素質三個方面發現不同學科間存在的差異,最後為完善我國博士培養質量提供參考。 |
英文摘要 | Doctoral education is the highest level of the education. Its training quality has been a core indicator in measuring national competitive forces. How to improve the quality becomes a crucial issue when our doctoral education is on the rank of great power. Basing on the survey all over the nation, we use the fuzzy comprehensive method to assess the quality according to the evaluation of doctoral students and advisers and find out that the different disciplines have quality discrepancy according to three aspects of curricula system, education process and capability. Finally we put forward some suggestions of perfecting doctoral education in our country. |
