合作、参与、效率 ─ 试论建导法在研究生教育中的运用

Cooperation, Participation and Efficiency：the Introduction of Facilitation in Graduated Education

随着扩招时代来临，传统的研究生教育正受到越来越多的挑战。作为新兴的教育方法，建导法在提高研究生教育效率方面有很大的运用空间。基于小组活动、网络支持等一系列具体方法，建导法可以有效地将研究生在课余时间组织起来，进行团队合作与自主学习，并锻炼综合能力。打破研究生在课余时间”个体工作”的局面，弥补传统培养模式的不足。

The rapid expansion of enrollment has strongly challenged the traditional graduate education model. As a new teaching method in educational field， facilitation can help to increase the efficiency of graduate education. Based on Internet， team work and other means， facilitation can promote self ─learning and teamwork at their leisure time， and strengthen abilities in variety fields， which has remedied the shortages of traditional model.
