英文摘要 | From legal perspective, the generalization of teachers' identities brings a lot of problems. For example, some civil rights of teachers are restrained, they are harnessed by some extra-obligations, and their freedom in private life is also deprived to a certain degree by schools. It is necessary to deconstruct the generalization by changing our thoughts and behaviors in educational management. We should neither demonize nor sanctify teachers. In fact, we should realize the multi-identities of teachers at different time and space. |
