中文摘要 | 在綜合科學教師專業發展過程中,除了遇到教師專業發展的一般性問題外,還要受一些獨特因素的影響:教從未經歷過的課程、綜合課程對教師的開放性要求與科學教師職業特有的保守性和封閉性間的反插較大、工作負擔過重使科學教師無瑕擴充知識面。因此,必須要用”綜合”的模式培養綜合教師、改變教師封閉保守性的觀念和態度、為科學教師”減負”。 |
英文摘要 | In their professional development those teachers who are engaged in synthetical science are confronted with some special problems. First, they teacher courses which they have never experienced. Second, their original professional trait of conservativeness is inconsistent with openness of the synthetical course. Third, they have no enough time to widen their knowledge. Accordingly, synthetical science teachers should be trained in an integrated way, their conservative attitude must be changed, and their overloads should be decreased. |
