英文摘要 | In the new context of international teacher professional development there should be a curricular designing idea of “comprehensive practice” to cultivate “a reflective nursery teacher”. This is an integrated practical course system before and in service. Its aim is to raise the teacher’s reflective height and educational practical intelligence, to develop his or her distinct personality, and to shape a new image of the kindergarten teacher full of subjective spirit and social responsibility, thus promoting a kindergarten teacher’s professional growth. |
