以”全實踐”理念引領幼兒教師的專業成長

The Professional Development of Nursery Assistants under the Guidance of the Ideal of “Comprehensive Practice”

本文在國際教師專業發展的大背景下，以幼兒教師職業形象的轉變為基點，探討了新形勢下培養”反思型幼兒教師”的”全實踐”課程設計理念，這是一個職前職後一體化的實踐整合課程體系。這種課程體系的目的在於提升幼兒教師的反思境界，培養幼兒教師的教育實踐智慧，張揚幼兒教師的個性特色，塑造富有主體精神與社會責任的幼兒教師新形象，促進幼兒教師的專業成長。

In the new context of international teacher professional development there should be a curricular designing idea of “comprehensive practice” to cultivate “a reflective nursery teacher”. This is an integrated practical course system before and in service. Its aim is to raise the teacher’s reflective height and educational practical intelligence， to develop his or her distinct personality， and to shape a new image of the kindergarten teacher full of subjective spirit and social responsibility， thus promoting a kindergarten teacher’s professional growth.
