中文摘要 | 根據發達國家中小學不合格教師退出機制建立的基本經驗,結合我國教師教育的實際情況,我們認為,建設我國中小學不合格教師退出機制的基本思路是:建立教師教育機構資格認定制度,完善中小學教師資格證書制度,推進中小學教師聘任制的實施。建立我國農村中小學不合格教師退出機制應有自己的特殊對策,包括被動退出對策與主動退出對策,近期退出對策與長遠退出對策。 |
英文摘要 | In accordance with the essential experience of setting up unqualified teachers’ quit mechanism in developed countries’ lower schools and in consideration of our country’s reality of teacher education, the fundamental ideas of setting up our country’s unqualified teachers’ quit mechanism include: establishing the teacher education institutional qualification endorsement system, the teacher education institutional quality evaluation system, the teacher education curricular appraisal system, and teacher education qualification accreditation system, improving the system of lower school teacher certificate, and putting the teacher engagement system into effect. |
