英文摘要 | Being an orientation of teacher education, teacher specialization needs to be carried out in education practice at school. ”Cooperation” and “going shares” are keys to develop the teacher’s profession. The teacher cooperative learning community plays a role of exciting the teacher’s growth, upgrading his practical intelligence, and promoting his cooperative awareness and ability. Its operational ways include subject-matter activity, exchange of ideas between teachers of the same subject, grouping cooperation, specialist’s guidance, and discussion on education and teaching. |
