中文摘要 | 學分制式一種課程與教學評價和管理制度。教師教育的多元化與多樣性需要一個客觀的標準來衡量和比較教師教育的成就與水準。學分制的自由選修和彈性化特點能夠適應教師教育的要求,推動教師專業化的發展。教師教育實行學分制的關鍵是統一學分設置和進行學分轉換。本文通過對國內外學分制的考察,結合教師教育的特點提出一套教師教育的學分設置與學分轉換方案。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the diversity of teacher education, it is important to evaluate its quality. The selection and flexibility of credit system can meet the needs of teacher education and promote teacher’s professional development. The critical factors of credit system of teacher education are unifying credit setting and credit transferring. This paper offers a proposal of credit setting and credits transferring of teacher education, based on the study of international and China’s credit system. |
